My studies are going good. I need to study a little more but I have the lesson about the Evangelio de Jesucristo down, pertty much without any notes. But I still have a little more to do. Thank you for the prayers. I preay for you a lot too, mama.

Aww fun! I sometimes will be sitting at the computer doing TALL (online language stuff) and in my head I'm thinking "maybe this weekend we'll go over to Stacie's" and then I realize... no, we probably won't. Haha. I miss doing that stuff. But I do love being a missionary.

I sometimes miss my long hair, but it is seriously so easy. I don't think I look to great with it, which is totally a humbling experience, but the girls in my casa love it. And I love how easy it is. Me and an Elder have an on going joke about how I look like a guy. Which is what I think most of the time. I've been wearing small flower clips in my hair. Whenever you do send me a package. I would love a few simple and small flower clips.

Skype= 4pm >Mexico time. we were able to create one here and I already added and told rachel. I am excited, but it will only be about 25 minutes sadly.

Elder Holland talked at the Provo MTC which gets broadcasted to the CCM in Mexico. It was THE MOST POWERFUL TALK EVER! It will be one of the talks that pre-missionaries will be reading and studying before leaving. I am going to suggest my friend  Emily Wharton to give it a little read over. It is amazing. The sisters are very lucky. I hope soon Elder Holland will make his way over here to Mexico City!

Burgers!? YUM! The burgers here are really really awful! Haha. I want a bacon cheese burger so badly.

I transfered 100 dollars over to pesos. I've used a bit of it. I got a couple of CCM shirts to sleep in/work out in. And trying candies and such.  They also give you 120 pesos on your card a week which is usually pretty nice and is enough to cover the basics. But I still have 100 american ccash on me and I haven't used my card much. When I'm at the airport to leave I will just use my card for my bags (I'll get reimbursed shortly after my arrival at the Mission home). Prices aren't horrible. I think things are usally cheaper.

My leg is doing great! If I wasn't wearing tights I would take a picture. It's still red where it was but there is just a little scab left. Elder King, who came in the same week my district did, is like king of herbal remedies and he gave me lavander oil to put on it and it worked amazingly! It stopped being itchy, it stopped hurting, and it was amazing. And since then the scab has just been coming off super easily.

So I can get packages here. Through two sites. Mydearmissionary.com and mtcmexicocarepackage.com they get here in just a couple of days. I am NOT asking for one. But I just thought I would let you know.

I was blessed with the gift of tounges during one of our lessons. I was able to understand and communicate really well. As soon as we left I sat in my chair and just thanked the Lord. It was crazy! But so so so beautiful!

EVERYONE has been getting sick. There is a virus going around and 70% of my district have gotten it, including the other three girls in my room!!! Me, one other sister, and an Elder have gotten off free so far. Thank goodness. From what I understand your stomach will just turn and turn and you feell like you're going to throw up the entire time but you just can't! YUCK! But I have been spared! Thank goodness. Although when Hma. Clement was sick I thought for sure I was going to go crazy because I has to stay inside with her for most of the time. God bless Hma. McCormick and Hma. Westergard for doing splits with me so I could go to the gym/Tall/and study time outside.

I also request two talks in my first carepackage please and thank you! "Fellowship of the unashamed" by Eyring, "The Fourth Missionary" Lawerence Combridge (I think...). oh and also the dedicatory prayer of the Mexico CCM. I think it would be rad to know what it was. Also a composition notebook would be good in that as well.

Would you please thank Brother Prescott for something he said like a few months ago in a testimony meeting. He said something along the lines of "you have to feel a fraction of how Jose smith felt in the grove and a fraction of the way Jesucristo felt in the garden." and After Hollands talk last night I understand exactly what he meant about that. And I really enjoy that quote.

That's basically my week.
