Well we will be having a baptism on this coming up Sunday. It's the husband of a wonderful member. We'll be getting him baptized this coming Sunday and hopefully in a year they'll be getting sealed in the temple! That's his biggest desire. The lessons have decreased a bit because we now have more people to teach but the numbers still look beautiful and we're still working with about 6 people to be baptized in August so we'll see how that goes.
Oh by the way transfers are this week but it's cool. Me and Sister Baires are staying in Santa Elena.
Natalie told me about Lacie I think that is just so exciting! I'm happy for her and that she'll be making such a wonderful step in her life!
I miss the Tigers games so much. But I'm excited to see the new team. I'm glad you got to go and have fun with Marsha. I think about her and Steve every time I'm in Belize City because right in front of the church is a Harley Davidson place. jaja.
I still sing just as bad as ever but since I've been in Belize I've lead the music just about every week. Here I lead music every other week. Yesterday we taught Gospel Principles and Young Women's. Sometimes we get to teach a lot... and by sometimes I mean like about every week. But I like it, it makes me feel important.
I wish i could go to the pool man I miss that so much! But my tan lines are way too terrible for all that jazz. Please tell Vicky I said thanks for everything. I am really bad with notes but I'll try and send her a little post card or something to say thank you.
Things are really starting to look up here in Santa Elena. We have a lot of gringos coming into our branch so it will be exciting to see what help they have to bring. Also news flash I don't know how to deal with white people... they scare me and freak me out now. Which may sound weird but it's true.
One of our investigators his pig had little piglets. I got to hold one. It wouldn't stop screaming... which was hecca annoying. but it was fun.
We now have 5 investigator families that we're working super hard with. Two of which are part member families. Francisco has a baptism date for Sunday which is cool. The other 4 families are really cool people and I love them all so much.
I'm excited for the upcoming weeks. We're going to have a lot of success this transfer!
We had a really awesome lesson with this Rasta guy yesterday who's interested in genealogy. He said he'd come to church tomorrow. When i invited him to baptism he said the 9th sounded a little close but that God works miracles. So that would be pretty interesting to see if we could baptize him. Ps. he has sick dreads.
Well.... I guess that's all for now. I LOVE YOU!
