Sorry to hear about the cold weather. I remember those days... kind of. But it's nice and hot here. I got the sun making me nice and tan, I'll probably look like a Latina when I get back home... just taller. Haha. I'm glad you got my letter. I will go home on a Thursday, that's how it works in this mission. I have thought about extending maybe if President needs it. But I don't know if I will stick out another change. I say don't buy the tickets just yet. It would stink if I carried out my mission a little longer and we couldn't go. But I am excited for that trip, it will be a blast! Also, what did you think about the idea I had about school and work? I'm still praying lots about that.
Wedding is less than a week away, remember it will be over before you know it. Just keep smiling and praying your way through it. It'll be over soon!
I've had a great week. We found a cute little family from Nicaragua who we're excited to teach and we have a few people committed to prepare for baptism. This change is going to be so exciting.
Valentine's day was by far my favorite day this last week. After having a ton of awesome lessons we ran into 4 backpackers from London. And we helped them find a really cheap hotel for them. But it was so awesome to meet these guys and they seemed rather interested in us as well because the whole missionary thing and who knows how long we'll be where. But that was fun, also I think you would of thought this was cool mom, because my comp said one of them looked like Hook from Once upon a time, from what I remember, yes it was so true, scar above the eye and everything! Haha. But we went out with one of the members, a recent convert, and he invited us to eat at this really good bakery. It was a really awesome time. We also went to this event called Art in the park, to do some contacting. It went so well. I loved seeing so many people out and socializing.

Anyway, off I go. LOVE YOU SO MUCH MOMMA!

I still am withe Sister M. But Sister Savage and Sister Lindstrom have moved in and I love our little house. But it is a little weird to live with so many gringas! I love the Corozal branch. By the way we only have branches here in Belize. We have no wards and no stakes. Just branches and districts. Our branch is tiny but I love it. The work it moving a long and we are trying our hardest to find the people that are prepared.
I left so suddenly from the Miralvalle I didn't get to say goodbye to everyone. I'm glad I will get to read all of that when I go back home. Melissa V. is going to temple square for her mission! I hope to see her when we go out that way. Let her know I miss her too, will ya? I really hope I am making a lasting impact on these people and not just a tiny oh yeah, sister Mims impact but like a yeah, sister Mims was truly awesome. You know?
I will be so happy to see the photos of all of you dressed up! (Rachel's wedding). That will be awesome. I'm glad you told me the girls got their ears pierced. I will try and find some cute earrings for them here.
I still have yet to receive my blessing..., and I won't be able to do it here. But I will talk with President when he comes back up in 2 weeks. I would have to go to the temple in Merida Mexico to get it... because there is no stake in Belize there is no Patriarch. So I have to wait for El Salvador, the temple, or home. I need to pray more about it. Dang it. Haha.
We haven't gone and seen anything too cool yet in Belize but we have plans to go visit some ruins during this month! How cool right!?  I have tried some new food. One called black soup, looks gross but it is amazing. I had rice and beans, also amazing. The tortillas here are flour and are much better than in El Sal. Also fried chicken here is really good. I love it, but I think it could be better back home... maybe. But yeah, that's always fun, I love trying all the new foods and stuff. I will try and take pictures more of what I eat.
So we had district conference yesterday (like stake conference but for a bunch of branches). It was really great, I got to play nurse. On of the sisters told us that a woman in our branch was in the bathroom vomiting! Turns out she has gallstones and is on the list  for surgery but the poor thing was just so sick and in pain. We got the elders to go give her a blessing then pulled a doctor from the congregation to help us with the next steps and we went and bought medicine for her. After the bus ride back to Corozal she was feeling much better. So that is one conference I will never forget. Haha.
I love you momma and I will try and get at least a post card out to you sometime today or next Monday. I love you so much and I hope you keep it cool planning for the wedding.
TE AMO!
