My week was awesome. I had so much fun being able to leave the house and do so much! We met with a member Tuesday who was just so excited to work with us. But she can only go out in the mornings (she has an 8 year old and a 4 yr-old and the 4 yr-old is only in school half day) and so it's tricky. However she teaches cooking classes and she want to teach us on a p-day. She also wants us to go over for dinner some time! So nice. And we met with this 86 year old abuelita (grandma) named Irma. She is the cutest thing and she loves it when we sing. She claps her hands after every song we do and smiles the entire time. I love it. It makes her so happy! We also found a family, the Gutierrez family, who were old investigators. Talk about people who are ready for the gospel. Wednesday wasn't a very good day. I wasn't feeling too good and also I have been having troubles sleeping. So I was like half dead Wednesday but we did meet a new investigator named Natty. She is so sweet! She's like in her 60s and is so kind and so prepared. We went  to visit a member who lives almost right next door and she even made us dinner and everything! It was so nice... and really good too. Thursday was good... but I almost died. I was walking down this little side walk and I stepped to the side so someone could pass and I stepped onto a wood board covering a hole and it broke. Luckily I just scratched my leg and arm a little. But if my face had been a couple inches forward I would of hit my chin on a chin (not sure what she meant here)... scary. Also we had an activity for the Women of the ward and Natty came! She loved it and even gave us a ride home! It was so nice! And super fun to talk to her on the way to our house. She totally loves us and I think she's really progressing! Then Friday we met with a family the missionaries had been teaching before... oh my gosh. They didn't even know the correct way to pray! What!? Oh my gosh. Anyway we taught them and the lesson was amazing! We were able to teach with such power and authority. The spirit was strongly felt... it was truly amazing. We also had a baptism for our District leaders. Me and Hermana O brought a cake but they already had one so we just gave it to the family. Saturday we met with them again for a short lesson and it went amazing, They committed to pray as a family and to go to church next Sunday! How awesome! We also had two baptisms. One for our District leaders, which was so sad! There were only 9 people! The Bishop, Ward mission leader, the Elders, 4 Sister Missionaries and David (the one getting baptized). The Elders had bought cookies and juice so we felt so bad that we didn't bring anything to it. I got asked to talk about Baptism! Talk about scary! Haha but Elder Bustos (DL) said it was a beautiful talk. When they were getting dressed after the baptism me & Hna O rushed to a little panderia and bought pan dulce and ran back. Our DL almost cried when he saw that we had brought something. It was seriously one of the sweetest baptisms.  Then another baptism for the other sisters in our ward which Natty came to! It was amazing! SHE LOVED IT! Also we sang at all 3 of those baptisms. It's just a thing Hermana O does that people just love! Then yesterday was amazing! Church was so good. We also got to talk with our Bishop and he's wanting to help us and it's just all so great. I like my ward a lot! We had two super awesome lessons! We met with the Gutierrez family and they just love us and they are excited to start praying as a family and going to church. Then we met with the Malara Family (the ones missionaries had been visiting for a while) and Hna. Malara was asking what the names of our sisters were because she'll be having a girl in just a little and they have no names yet... This baby might be named Stacie. Haha. She just loved that name! So that's my week. :)

Oh my gosh that sounds like a house full of fun! I am so glad you got to visit with everyone! And the food sounds so good! We have got creative. We use a lot of rice, carrots, broccoli, and onions. Then we buy chicken and shred it or cut it and cook it in a pan. Then use the Sweet Baby Rays you sent. So good! We also do pancakes, eggs, or french toast in the mornings. For lunch we have a cook who makes good food for us. that's really healthy. I love it. And I would love to walk into the house smelling of cinnamon rolls when I come back.

I would love more BBQ sauce. I told Rachel about a batman shirt or two (which you could use as packing instead of so many bags. Haha). Also melatonin. I don't know how easy it will be to find and I am having a bit of trouble sleeping. And a nice watch. Mine broke in the CCM and then I lost it completely during a rain storm shortly before I got sick. I do have one I found in my new house while cleaning that will work for now. Also my black pencil skirt would be nice. I should of brought that for sure. I am kinda kicking myself for leaving it. And just pictures. LIke ones of me and Zach or with Paul, ones with the kids from FB, just photos.

I haven't used my boots yet. But I have been told I will need them in Belize. Haha. So we'll see how that works out. It doesn't rain too many days... but when it rains oh my goodness it pours! So I get a little wet some days but it's only maybe once every week and a half or so.

Well I love you so much mom! You are seriously the Best! And I can't wait to email you next week!

The phone call last week made everything better, believe me. My health is better and my spirits are higher. So things are going good. I love those mormon pick up lines. I have seen some of them before and my gosh, I think they are so funny.
We have only gone out a little this week. We are meeting new people daily. And It's nice. We have one for sure investigator and a couple of possible future investigators. We also have some less active memebers we are working with. But Hermana O. is new too so we really don't know anyone. Haha. But we'll get there. I will take pictures of my house and life style here in Miramonte. The house isn't as nice, but it is nicer than some so I will not complain.
I read Rachel's letter about Aunt Ann and Braeden coming. I think that is just totally awesome! Do you think we could go out for a week after I come back? I would love to see them too.
I should be on about this time every week now. So that's pretty awesome. :) It's now a little more on a schedule. It's really nice. Sister Cocke is such an awesome woman. Thanks for giving her my address. I would love to get a letter from her. Dan Bachmeier is such a funny guy. Haha. I can't help that my dad had a big head so I do too. It's just genetics dang it. Oh well.
Cool experience from Last Monday. We write at the temple square type deal they have here ( it's like a distribution center chapel, and temple on a little block that's fenced in). Well my comp is new and we thought we were lost and I really wasn't feeling all that good. So as we were walking hoping to get there soon. We turn a corner and you can see the angel Moroni (a statue on top of most Mormon temples) just peaking over the tree tops. It looked so beautiful like he was sounding his trump to all of El Salvador. Calling all people to the temple, it was beautiful. And because we had our eyes set on the temple, we were going to be okay. We knew we'd be able to find it. And then when you turn into the street that the temple is on it is so beautiful and peaceful. I am so glad that the temple is so close and I have such a strong testimony of the ordinances we do there. Always have your eyes set on the temple and you will be okay.
Another cool experience me and Hermana O. had made soup and there was a ton left over and we weren't going to be able to eat all of it so we had this prompting to take it to this less active family and they were so very grateful! They are rather poor and don't have much to eat so it was truly a blessing to them!
Well I have been in the house a ton. We watched this really cool movie about the life of Thomas S. Monson. It's called On The Lord's Errand. Oh my goodness it is so good. I encourage you to watch it. It is so good and super inspirational. I seriously just fell in love with the movie. Also there is a movie called The Testaments. It's a good one talking about how the Book of Mormon testifies of Christ too. Then there's the movie Legacy. I love it. It's about the early years of the church. It's also really good. We've had the chance to do a lot of personal study and church movies as well. Haha, it gets boring sometimes but what else am I going to do? I am so thankful for my health and that I will be able to go back to working this week.
I bought Christian a sling! It is so cool. Don't tell him, because I can't send it so he won't get it for a little while. But it is so cool looking. Plus it was only like a dollar fifty... how could I not!? It's really cool.
Anyway, I will have better/more stories next week when I get to go back to work. :) Thank you so much for all the love and prayers you guys have put on in my behalf. Seriously wonderful. I love you guys so much!
Mom, you are so wonderful. I am so thankful you have been my mother. You are a beautiful woman. I love you so much!

I am feeling so much better, still struggling but better. Not enough good bacteria and probably parasites. My colon isn't function very well. I am on a strict diet. We're not sure about the sore neck and back, but they're gone. I just have a little pain in my lower back. I have four more days of resting and when I start back up Thursday I have to start slowly. I got transferred to an area that's a little cooler. My first area is one of the hottest areas and it wasn't helping me. I am feeling much better. Did Hermana or President Hintze call you? I know they tried. I am on a ton of meds, but I am finishing most of them in the next couple of days. I am not allowed to go out for lessons until Thursday and even then I have to take it a little slow. But things are progressing. I am on a strict diet of no grease/fats/oils, pork, and milk. Well I am getting off soon. I love you so much mom. Thank you for all that you do for me. I don´t know what I would do without you. You´re the best. I have to eat like this for at least a month and then I can go back to normal. I am on stuff for the parasites. I have enough probiotics and the mission doctor told me to take it twice a day. I got transferred yesterday and I am right outside of San Salvador so I can get almost anything. I got the package. I love it! But on my strict diet I can't eat any  of it. :( But I have it all tucked away for when I can. I love all of the hair accessories and my batman cup. Seriously perfect! I have been a little homesick because I am not supposed to go out for lessons right now while on the mend. So I only have time to sit in bed and think... and I have been very homesick. Yesterday was hard because I was packing and I found the Easter card from you. And I had no idea what it was (when you gave me my Easter present I put the card elsewhere so that it would be safe and forgot about it). So I opened it, read it and bawled. I love you so much mom. You are amazing.  No need to feel worried. I am doing good and my companion is wonderful. I promise I will be okay.
That is so wonderful, thank you for the prayers! They are much appreciated and needed.
I have been praying very hard for her (Rachel) to get the job. I am so proud of my sister! She is so awesome.
(This week we got a letter from Keli to Keli and were asking about it). Okay the letter to myself thing I meant to explain like three weeks ago. I am writing a letter to myself on my month marks so that I can recall what happened that month. Silly, but maybe cool. :) Sadly not much has happened this week. We do occasionally teach the class Gospel Principles. Our ward is average sized we have about 100 people on a good Sunday. In Ponderosa 3 (my previous area) it was about 15 minutes walking. Right now in this area I am not sure how far away the church building is. I haven't tried many new food because a lot of things here are really greasy and I can't on my new diet. Boo! Oh well. The language is coming. I spend a lot of time studying in bed. Not many opportunities to serve in big communities but little things like helping members with dishes or cleaning up.
Elder Gonzales birthday was Saturday so we did a birthday party for him at a members house. It was so much fun! Although I couldn´t eat very much. Oh well. It was a surprise, so I used two of the party poppers and popped them at him when he walked in and yelled "Sorpresa!"
Saying goodbye to Hermana Escobar was super hard. We lost the other two Latinas in the change meeting and gained two gringas, Then I had to leave... She started crying so I started crying and it was all just really really sad. However, I do love my new companion. She´s nice and super funny. Plus she´s black. That just makes me feel right at home. I love  it.
Anyways, I have to get going soon. Hopefully I will have a little more to share next week. I love you so much mom! I promise I am doing okay, the Lord is watching out for me! Thank you for all that you do for me. I don´t know what I would do without you. You´re the best.

I got the letters and I am sure my package will get here soon! I loved the letters and I know you love me so no worries there mom.
Your weekend sounds amazing. I am so glad alll of you guys got to go. I would love to do something like that when I get back... if it's not too much to ask. :) Totally a small world. I am glad you guys did go to sacrament meeting. Also way to go Jacob (getting up and bearing his testimony in the branch we visited)! Proud of him. Also I am sure dad would of loved it (the Blue Angels). There's this one investigator we have and he reminds me a lot of dad, but a little more spiritual. I like when we teach him.
I love the pictures and I love your captain America shirt! Totally chivo! I love Mariah's smile. The kids are so cute! I can't wait to see them during Christmas skype! That will be so much fun.
So this week has been pretty quick. My days seem to be really long but the weeks go by so quick. We went to this Mission President's house and we ate pizza and brownies. We watched the movie Ephraim's Rescue. Really good movie, I suggest you guys buy it. And we just hung out and talked. It was great. Hermana Hintze also commented on how it looks like I have lost weight. When I told her I had been sick she got very motherly so don't you even worry about me. Haha.
Then we had a Sister's mtg. and all the sisters who are serving in our mission got together at the mission home and had a big get together. (Not including the sisters in Belize) It was very spiritual and awesome. Only I felt super sick after the bus ride home. Boo! But it's an hour and a half long bus ride. Can you blame me for feeling a little sick. Haha.
We have a baptism this week! GEE! I am so excited. This little sister is so ready for baptism. I am very excited that she accepted the date. We have another baptismal date for a new investigator. She is so lovely. And funny! I am so excited. She told me and Hermana Escobar that she felt baptism was necessary and something she needed to do! How awesome! We are very excited for this month.
Remember how I was a little down about the two dates we lost last month? Well this Friday President Hintze is coming to talk to them and if he says everything is okay they'll be baptized with the other Hermana on the 12th! GAH!
I have been loving it this week. We have worked hard. Except yesterday. I slept almost all day (she has been sick again) and we won't have time after my doctor's appointment today to work very long which stinks but oh well. All is well. All is well.
I love you mom! You're amazing. I can't wait for the package. I'll be sending you a letter soon!
